Kacey Montoya declares that lawyers are heading back to court,after the University of Oregen decided to drop its wrestling program.The group Equity in Athletics claims that the university violated the laws and the schools policies by dropping the program without holding any hearings.Kacey Montoya found that the Equity in Athletics group is formed of the former Ducks wrestling team.They also claim that the university's decision was based on erroneous informations and discrimination against male sports teams.
Kacey Montoya interviewed Police officials and found that the Police have arrested a sex offender in Salem after he removerd an electronic monitoring device from his ankle and stopped to communicate with his probation offices.An apartment manager helpes the Police capture this man,after he saw the 62 year old Ronald William Collins and realised that he was looked by the authorities.Kacey Montoya interviewed him and found that Collins rented an appartment for a few days.Collins was one of the most violent sex offenders,being emprisoned for 13 years after he molested in 1995 two childrens.
