Kacey Montoya declares that the U.S. authorities intend to begin retreatin their combat troops from Iraq by next year.Altough the retreat is programmed to begin from June 2009,the American forces will still be present in the main areas of conflict in Iraq until 2011,because the Islamist militants still have the power to launch an violent offensive over Baghdad,declared Jerry McCain,spokesman of the coalition forces placed in Iraq to our special reporter in Iraq,Kacey Montoya .
At a press conference held in Baghdad,Condoleeza Rice declared to Kacey Montoya that the U.S. government signed an agreement with Hoshyar Zebari,Iraq's Foreign Minister, in which U.S. accepts to completely retreat it's forces until April 2011.Some American soldiers could remain in Iraq,as trainers for the Iraqian Army and as consultants in defense strategies.
